Hello all
I trust that you had a great Christmas and a fabulous new year!

This is what I have bought myself over this rest time….20121222-113228.jpg
The big stamp set was $5 and the small doily stamp was $3

Also bought theses handy things from Whitcoulls.

They are to aid me in working modelling with clay.

I also bought an A4 black folder with 4 rings in it instead of the 12×12 album as I do A4 scrapbook pages now. This folder has a plastic slip outside so that I can “cover” it with what I want. That way I see hardly any black of the folder…. ;) I will show you that in a later post.

A mystery package arrived on my doorstep via courier. And that is what was in my package – prima flowers, stickers, chocolates! My hubby got some chocolates, my boy a knight and horse playset, my girl crayola twistables/pencil-case etc – both kiddos got chocolate. Thank you to the mystery Santa… I so thank you! That’s right we have no idea who they are from. No name apart from Santa. Santa DOES exist!

My mother in law thoughtfully bought the kids some Christmas pressies before she died for the kids. My son got Lego Star Wars xwing! So cool! (Yes I’m a Star Wars fan) – and my daughter got Silvanian family hamburger restaurant! Wowsa!
But you notice they always have great displays in the pamphlets and online with those things but the cobblestones, plant pots, fences and trees are not in the set?

Well I hope to make them this year out of polymer clay…. Because its a lot more hardy than airdry clay. ;) I could go mad with doing a display board for that restaurant…. Stay tuned.

Well better take off. All the best for this new year to you!
Ps. I am not going to set goals or resolutions this year… I’m just going to “do” ;)
PPS. I’ve started another blog… 40 plus beauty it’s all about my rediscovery of fashion and beauty after the age of 40yrs old. Ill be putting my nail art there instead of here too.
